Problems often arise in localized areas because the body is disorganized.

Check the surrounding areas to find an enduring solution to muscular-skeletal pain. It might be that what is above or below, in front or back of the injured area is overly weak or tight or just out of alignment.

Deep lines of core strength in conjunction with good posture will go a long way to supporting your spine. Arranging the limbs to move gracefully in concert will give you the best shot.

Look at your whole self to serve each part to the best of your ability.

As usual, the body can be seen as metaphor for society. We all do better when each one is supported.
